At the 1:47 mark Tina takes a drag of her cigarette and my lungs practically collapse recalling how bad the ventilation was at Quinlan's back in the smoking days.

It still seems like it was worth it. If I'm alive in another 20 years I'll say that again. If not, then it wasn't worth it.
