Walk for Animals 2024
Walk for Animals is more than just a walk. There will be vendors and entertainment to enjoy. Food Trucks, balloon twisting, a 360 photo booth, ball drop, a caricature artist, vendors will be at the park. The Whipper Snapper kids' races are held each year in Duluth’s Bayfront Festival Park on Grandma’s Marathon weekend. These races are free and open to children age 14 and under. Duluth's Independence Day celebration features live music throughout the day and fireworks from 10:10 to about 10:30 p.m. Gates open at 4 p.m. Admission is free and handicap accessible. The fourth annual Festival by the Lake features food, live music, a children’s fun area, product and service displays, shopping, demonstrations, arts and crafts, beer and other exhibits of interest. Gates open at 11 a.m. Admission is $5, which benefits the Bluebird Foundation, a nonprofit that awards grants and scholarships to regional high-school-age students in the performing arts. The 12th annual All Pints North Summer Beer Festival includes beer from more than 90 breweries, along with ciders, seltzers, non-alcoholic products and more. Bentleyville Tour of Lights Opening Night
Duluth's mega Christmas-light spectacular is the largest walk-through display of lights in America.
