The Cotton Mansion hosts a stroll through the historic Congdon neighborhood of Duluth. The group will weave through the neighborhood, exploring homes, hearing fascinating stories about the people who once lived there and getting an look inside three of the historic properties. Cocktails and mocktails will be offered at different stops throughout the tour.
