Seeking Commerical Kitchen to Rent

We’re looking for a commercial kitchen available to rent ASAP. Ideally, it would not be a shared space, but we’re open to all suggestions. Thanks, PDD community, we could really use your help on this.
The Whole Foods Co-op has a kitchen for classes, or maybe the DECC (probably not) or the Great Lakes Aquarium’s catering kitchen or one of the many Duluth church kitchens.
But, it seems to me like liability issues would be the biggest hinderance.

The Superior Business Center is pretty nice and low cost rent, I’d check it out if I were you!
It’s probably the Superior kitchen for you. But just FYI — there is no longer a kitchen at the aquarium — it was repo’ed by Grandmas. Best Church kitchen that I know of is Pilgrim congregational.
I think you may be able to rent kitchen space at some of the churches in town. They are required to carry certification and pass inspections. All of their equipment must pass NSF certification, and if you get lucky, you might find one that’s organic … or even kosher.
