The latest Duluth mention on a national television show is in season 1, episode 3 of the new Fox series The Passage, which aired on Monday night.

The episode is titled “That Never Should Have Happened to You.” In the scene, lead character Brad Wolgast watches a television news report about himself. Quoth the reporter:

There are new details emerging in the case of Brad Wolgast, the former FBI agent wanted in the kidnapping of a 10-year-old girl. Wolgast was shot and killed Tuesday by federal agents after murdering three employees in this North Duluth, Minnesota sheriff’s station.
