I’m looking for gluten-free lefse. Has anyone seen any around?
Just take a traditional Lefse recipe and use gluten free, all-purpose flour.
Pamela's makes a great all purpose gluten free flour, but if you have a preferred alternative you can simply use that as well.
I have zero Norwegian blood. Not to mention not enough space to make it. I just want to be a good American and buy it. Murica!

My extensive search of the internets has pulled up nothing.
But you could always get a wild Norwegian hair up your ass and give this a shot.
