   Talk to Eikill & Schilling. They are the largest locally-owned firm in the region, and have people who specialize in small business accounting and tax.

   I echo Eikill and Schillling, specifically Craig Chilcote as he also is a real estate investor and small business owner, aside from being an accountant. There’s no one better at understanding small business in Duluth.

   As an alternative, Greg Hansen of Hansen House is very good and reasonably priced.
