Sawmill Unpainted Furniture — what’s the deal?

I tried to go there over the weekend and even though it should have been open, it was closed with a “For Lease” sign. Internet searches have been unhelpful. Does anybody know what’s going on? I need a dining room table!
I just found their Facebook page, which says that it closed on November 5th. It also says
It’s too bad that they closed. They were very nice, and we need another bookcase.
There’s still some furniture in the store, but I don’t know what’s happening to it.
