"Remnants," an exhibit in the Kruk Gallery, showcases the work of Amy Varsek, Matt Kania, John Sager and Erin Endsley. Emily Koch ‘Trama Queen’ Art Opening
Emily Koch is a University of Wisconsin-Superior graduate and practicing artist in Duluth. She is an oil painter and installation artist who works with play and memory, delving into dreamscapes of nostalgia for birthday parties we never had. Her exhibit is the in the Kruk Gallery and will remain on display until Dec. 14.

Holden Fine & Applied Arts Center 50th Anniversary
The University of Wisconsin-Superior celebrates the 50th anniversary of the Holden Fine & Applied Arts Center with an event featuring art displays, musical performances, video showings and refreshments. Holden has been home to more than 1,000 theater performances, more than 800 gallery exhibits of visual arts and more than 1,000 music recitals.

UW-Superior Jazz Band and Big Time Jazz Orchestra Scholarship Concert
The University of Wisconsin-Superior Music Department presents its Jazz Band with the Big Time Jazz Orchestra in a special scholarship concert — proceeds from the concert will go toward a scholarship for a UW-Superior music major for excellence in jazz studies.
