UW-Superior Jazz Band and Big Time Jazz Orchestra Scholarship Concert

The University of Wisconsin-Superior Music Department presents its Jazz Band with the Big Time Jazz Orchestra in a special scholarship concert — proceeds from the concert will go toward a scholarship for a UW-Superior music major for excellence in jazz studies.

The concert will feature the Jazz Band playing works by Count Basie, Duke Ellington and Frank Sinatra with a special vocal arrangement featuring UW-Superior student Derek Ruport. The Big Time Jazz Orchestra will also perform classics from Basie, along with original compositions.

Suggested donation for this concert is $10.
