Make-and-Take Cocktail Bitters for Holiday Gifting

Participants in this class concoct their own bitters blends to gift this holiday season. The bitters can be used to craft a cocktail or in soda water for a non-alcoholic beverage.

Attendees will be provided with a selection of herbs and bases to choose from and some basic recipes to get started. They’ll make and take two of their own 2- to 3-oz. batches of bitters to gift or keep (one or two flavors, ready in six weeks), a list of suppliers for ingredients and a handful of recipes to keep crafting at home.
