A three-day Ashtanga yoga certificate session is hosted by Kristin Fogard from Feb. 16-18. Continuing education units are available.
Session Schedule:
Friday – 12 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Saturday – 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Sunday – 8 a.m.- 6 p.m.
This module provides an introduction to this traditional and practice, a breakdown of each asana with options for adaptations, and explores how its teachings are relevant to any asana practice today. Participants do not need to be a certified yoga instructor to register. Cost for the three-day certification program is $499.
