Instructor Lisa McKhann leads this mindfulness meditation practice, covering the basics of “insight meditation,” which is based in the Theravada Buddhist approach of compassion and awareness. Learn techniques for mindfulness of breath, thoughts and of emotions. Each class includes a brief talk, guided meditation and time for questions.
