This one-hour Pilates fusion class incorporates exercises from different workout styles including barre, yoga, strength training and cardio. It focuses on the core and emphasizes moves that will tone and stretch muscles and improve cardiovascular health. In this one-hour practice, participants will be guided through deactivated breath-work patterns used to relax and regulate the nervous system, as well as activated breath-work patterns used to detoxify the body and release stored and stagnant energy and emotions.
