Duluth Yoga hosts a yoga sculpt class. This yoga sculpt class is donation-based. All proceeds go directly to the Program to Aid Victim of Sexual Assault. This class is a high-energy way for participants tone and sculpt their entire bodies, while reviving up their metabolism. The class is taught by Jessie Helbacka-Peterson.

The annual Spring Into Shape 5k trail run through Bagley Nature Area and the UMD Campus is open to all ages. The cost is $12 for UMD students and $15 for others. Participants share common concerns and problems, brainstorm solutions and set weekly plans to achieve their goals. Juniper is looking for volunteers and professionals to be class leaders to co-lead this six-week workshop with a certified instructor. Cost is $200; scholarships are available.
Yoga North's Pain Resolution Clinics are an opportunity to receive an individualized one-on-one private session with a yoga therapist-in-training under the guidance of a SomaYoga therapist.
