A satsang, or community gathering, to discuss Pandit Rajmani Tigunait's book, The Secret of the Yoga Sutra: Samadhi Pada. Discussion will focus on the main themes of the book, as well as how its advice can be applied to attendees' yoga and mindfulness practices. No previous knowledge of yoga sutra is required.
