A MNsure-certified navigator is available every Thursday in the Partnership Center of the Duluth Public Library to provide free assistance using MNsure to sign up for health insurance. No appointment is necessary. For enrollment, bring information about household income, Social Security numbers for every person applying and any information about health insurance offered through work. The Birkenstein Art Movement for 7th graders is a project inspired by civil rights leader Jean Birkenstein. The goal of BAM is to use the creative process as a tool to support individualized learning. Hosted weekly in the Gold Room of the Duluth Public Library, the program is provided at no cost to participants.
