I believe WEBC had a slogan and I had won a T-shirt of this:

It seems that at least one other person on the internet shared that memory, but the Google link only leads to a public Facebook page with limited search options.
That such a slogan existed seems quite likely based on this very detailed description of the rivalry between WEBC and WAKX found in chapter 7 of a master’s thesis from the late 1990s:
