And here I was thinking that the Scottish band Big Country had reunited and was doing a show in Duluth. I got all stoked for a brief moment. I’d really love to hear “In a Big Country” live. Alas, this doesn’t seem to be the case. I still have no idea who this Big Country is, but it doesn’t seem to be the one of my youth.

For what it’s worth the lead singer/songwriter/guitarist for Big Country, Mr. Stuart Adamson took his own life a number of years ago. Possessed a truly great voice and sound. This Big Country is still a full on blast!
