I guess 7. Wait - when is the show? I'll be gone Sat, but I think here on Fri. :)

Show dates are the next two Saturdays and Sundays, Oct. 23, 24, 30 and 31.

But your guess of 7 is incorrect, Ethan.

I already saw Evil Dead, so won't add a guess. However, I will add that Halloween is a very safe holiday for kids, and that the number of kids severely injured or killed by strangers handing out tainted treats is 0.
So feel free to let your family run around and take unwrapped food from strangers, though I would avoid Paul's house just as a good safety precaution (probably good advice in general...).

I say 5! Bad Cat, what are you giving out at your house? Worth it for my kid to walk down the street?

I'm gonna guess just one, and I'm gonna wager that it's real rusty.

I only actually *see* one, so I'll guess the obvious and see one.

Damn, that was fast! Udarnik is the winner.

(Although, in a kind of accidental way, Bad Cat! sort of got it right, too.)

Although there clearly is one blade in the apple, it is not hidden. There are no hidden razor blades.

I didn't want this delicious apple to go to waste, and it would be too scary to cram several blades into it and trust that I pulled them all out before chomping away.

Congratulations, Udarnik. Enjoy the show. I went last Friday and sat in the third row. The blood came out of my pants after the first laundering.

Oh my! I guessed "none" because I thought (before I saw Bad Cat's reply) that the biggest myth of all is the razor blade in the apple. Not only is the razor blade not hidden in this apple, I convinced myself it was photoshopped, as well.

And thank you!

Oh hell ya, it's totally worth it to walk down to my house! I give away tons of cool Halloween stuff (and have cool/spooky spider webs)!

Bad Cat, we are SO there then!

*Legal disclaimer: "tons" does not actually imply that I will be giving out candy in 2000 lb doses, merely that I won't be giving out toothbrushes, raisins, or other useless crap.

That's a packing knife blade not a razor blad. 0 FTW

Jake, you get extra credit. Or something.

technically, it's a blade from a stanley 95A box cutter...

I gave out nickels one year, because I forgot it was Halloween and that's all I had. I am lucky my house didn't get egged.

Wow, too easy, too fast!! I was going to say zero, it's obvious! Post another question! Like: What color is the apple in the picture? I'm assuming Udarnik is going to sit in just one seat, I'm free to fill the other seat...I'm just saying...

My guess is 2 razor blades.
