Fox & Beggar Theater presents this surreal dark comedy that fuses street theater, puppetry and contemporary dance into a whimsical critique of American capitalism, performed out of a hand-painted pop-up solar-powered double-decker vaudeville stage. The Gichi-Ode’ Memorial Powwow celebrates new artwork on the ramps and stairways connecting Gichi-Ode’ Akiing Park to the Duluth Lakewalk. The project began in early September and is expected to continue until the end of the month. The Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation Community One Walk is organized by local volunteers. Participants walk five kilometers on the Duluth Lakewalk to raise money for critical type 1 diabetes research and have the opportunity to experience a morning of family-friendly activities.

Chief Buffalo Celebration: Mural Unveiling, Feast and Public Forum
The Chief Buffalo Memorial Mural will be unveiled during a celebration that includes a feast consisting of frybread tacos with vegan options.
