UCare Medicare Webinar

Learn all about EssentiaCare Medicare plan options. This webinar will cover Essentia Health network-based Medicare Advantage insurance options. The plan combines clinical care with UCare’s customer service and coverage.

EssentiaCare is available to people who live in the following Minnesota counties: Aitkin, Becker, Carlton, Cass, Clay, Crow Wing, Hubbard, Itasca, Lake, Pine and St. Louis. EssentiaCare also is available in Bayfield, Douglas and Washburn counties in Wisconsin.

EssentiaCare is a PPO plan with a Medicare contract. Enrollment in EssentiaCare depends on contract renewal.
