Prenatal Couples Yoga

Participants in this prenatal yoga class can bring a partner or support person for a gentle meditation and movement session.

Visit yogimamaduluth.com to register for this one-hour class. The cost is $15 per couple. The session will be held at a private location a few miles north of Duluth. The address will be provided upon registration.

Participants will have the option to stay for a light lunch and a free workshop titled “Birth: A Crash Course for Couples,” by Envision Birth Services from noon to 3 p.m. Register separately for the three-hour workshop.
