Northland 5K for Food Allergy 2023

The ALEIA Project presents the Northland 5K for Food Allergy Race beginning at 8:00 a.m. at Leif Erikson Park in Duluth. This is a chip-timed run/walk event with an out-and-back course that follows the Lakewalk toward Canal Park with a turn-around point just before the lighthouse.

Awards and raffle will follow the race, and after the 5K, there will be a short Kids Fun Run.

Allergy-conscious food/beverages will be available after the event. Additionally, there will be lawn games, kids activities, allergy-aware business and product information and samples to take home, as well as representation from the Duluth Fire Fighters and EMT staff.
