Let’s Make Some Ice Cream!

This class at Whole Foods Co-op – Denfeld teaches how to make ice cream using old-fashioned techniques. Ice and salt will be used to compare two batches of ice cream: one batch is hand churned and the other uses an electric mixer. Participants will be taught about the chemistry of the process and create two flavors: vanilla and mint chocolate chip.
