The annual meeting of the Friends of Duluth Public Library takes place on Tuesday, May 16, at 4 p.m. in the Green Room of the Duluth Public Library. The FODPL advocates for the library’s importance in the community by helping finance library books, kids’ library programs, the Winter Reading Program, and research databases.  In the keynote presentation, Zenith City Press publisher Tony Dierckins delivers a talk on “Duluth’s Greatest Myths: Famous Fabulous Fibs and Fantastic Fictions of the Zenith City.”

This event is free and open to the public.
