She is the queen of Wild Tigress Hair. It’s so ironic, I’ve been a fan of Ms. Bonar’s past work, as she is a strong artist. Indeed, we’ve even had a long-running spiritual connection that dates back to the early days of Duluth feeling it’s first baby oats circa 2003 when I caught her giving me fire eyes in Mr. Movies as I was looking for some escape from my East Central Hillside distopian reality. But oh my this video log seems eerily similar to Miley Cyrus’ Wrecking Ball?
First, musicians should never run in videos Dan. Ever. Framing them doing anything remotely athletic is like mixing ice cream and crow. They both have a place, just not together. Cartwheels, headstands, horse riding, dancing in the rain. These are all fine ideas for denuded physical artist action scenes. Second, don’t just go along with whatever they say next time, okay? You’re an artist too. Stand your ground. By the way, you’re fired from my next video shoot okay? Now I have to go watch a Bud Boetticher Western to get the taste of this out of my mouth. Still and all Haley, this hasn’t diminished my respect for your talents, and you can leave claw marks on my back any day sister.
