Doggy Yappy Hour
Doggy Yappy Hour is every Tuesday from 5 to 8 p.m., weather permitting, on the Fitger's Brewery Complex courtyard outside the Boat Club Restaurant and Bar. There's no fee to enter the courtyard and enjoy the view of Lake Superior. Meals and beverages for humans are available for purchase, including dog-themed cocktails. Complimentary goodie bags with food and treat samples for dogs are available, along with cleanup bags.

Oktoberfest
The Boat Club Restaurant's first ever Oktoberfest in the Fitger's courtyard. On the docket: authentic German food, beer and wine, polka music under the big tent all day, face painting, sack races, a pumpkin bounce house and other kids activities, a Boat Club Tug of War competition, keg races, Hammerschlagen and an apple-strudel-eating competition.

The Boat Club Restaurant & Bar features outdoor dining and music on its Lakeside Patio when weather cooperates. The acoustic singer/songwriter duo of Bill and Kate Isles perform on Thursday nights during the summer. If the weather is inclement they will play inside the Boat Club lounge.
