This Vinyasa-style yoga class, taught by Mary Kotter, incorporates asana poses, breathwork and meditation. A drink ticket is included in the price of each class for a free drink or smoothie.
Participants should bring their own yoga mats and arrive at least five minutes early to get settled in before class starts. Doors will be locked five minutes after class starts. Mats are available to rent for $1.
Ten percent of profits from this class will be donated to a local charity.
