Wisconsin Point Spring Beach Cleanup 2023

The third annual Wisconsin Point Spring Beach Cleanup is organized by Friends of the Lake Superior Reserve, in partnership with the city of Superior.

Volunteers are invited to help keep Wisconsin Point clean by joining members of Superior Rotary and the St. Louis River Alliance to help remove garbage from the point. Participants are asked to come to Lot 1 when they arrive where they will then be assigned a work area. Pre-registration is encouraged but not required.

Dressing for the weather is recommended. Sturdy footwear, preferably boots, are best. Be prepared for rain. The event will be rescheduled if hazardous weather is predicted.

Safety vests, garbage bags, gloves, hand sanitizer, masks and modest snacks and water will be provided. There will even be a prize for whoever finds the most interesting piece of trash!
