The annual Willard A. Palmer Festival celebrates one of America’s great educators and artists with a day of lectures and music.

11 to 11:45 a.m. – John Scaffeo Concert
Noon – Lunch
1 to 1:45 p.m. – Mike Middleton and the Middletones Concert (Mike, Clayton, Lance)
2 to 2:45 p.m. – Dreams Fulfilled Through Music: Mary Kay and Katherine Archuletta method for teaching special needs people
3 to 3:45 p.m. – “Masked Accordions” Dee Langley’s Ensemble: Spencer Chandler, Richard Chin, Frank DiCapo, Alex Hake, Kathleen Herling, Gayle Jentz, Dee Langley, Regina Magnuson, George Rosar
4 to 4:45 p.m. – Dr. William Popp: “An Interactive Discussion of My Accordion Compositions” (A limited number of CDs and music to be distributed)
5 to 6:15 p.m. – Accordion Concertina Music Studios and Friends Accordion Orchestra, Tracey Gibbens conductor. Honoring composers/arrangers who focus on accordion works
6:30 p.m. – Supper at Elks Lodge for closing event; Entertainer–open mic with Janie Christison, John Scaffeo. Champagne toast to honor all.
