Britt Johnson, “The Polish Farmer,” grows heirloom dry bean varieties near Moose Lake. During this online event, held via Zoom, Johnson will explain how the varieties of beans she grows are suited for different uses. Participants will learn more about dry beans with fun names such as Calypso, Tiger’s Eye, Jacob’s Cattle, Arikara and more.
