The Donna Howard Community Connect

The Donna Howard Community Connect offers several services for guests to access in the same place. These include, but are not limited to, a hot meal, warrant resolution and driver diversion, hair trims, foot care, Minnesota birth certificates, vaccines/shots/testing, sexually transmitted infection testing and bags with essential resources and supplies.

This event is planned and carried out by community organizations CHUM, Damiano Center, Life House, Loaves & Fishes, Lutheran Social Services, Safe Haven, Salvation Army, and St. Louis County. Generous donations come from the Minnesota Power Foundation, Members Cooperative Credit Union, the Affordable Housing Coalition and Loaves and Fishes.
