Zeitgeist Arts puts the “fun” in dysfunctional with the inaugural show of its 2023 theater season.
What happens when grownups run away from home? In The Boys Room, two adult brothers race each other back to their boyhood bedroom — that sanctuary where they can dream and scheme and escape from the pressure of the outside world. But life has a way of catching up, and two of the women in their lives have dreams too … and they are knocking on the door, urging them to grow up; filled with questions and, sometimes, love.
