Proper Harvesting Technique Workshop

Learn the proper way to harvest common garden vegetables, including kale, lettuce, herbs, tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers and more. The group will discuss the method of “hydro-cooling” produce post harvest, and how to store vegetables at home to keep them fresh and tasting great. Depending on availability, students might leave with free produce.
