Northland 5K for Food Allergy 2024

The ALEIA Project presents the Northland 5K for Food Allergy, a chip-timed run/walk event with an out-and-back course that follows the Duluth Lakewalk toward Canal Park with a turn-around point just before the lighthouse.
There will be awards for the top runners and prize drawings for everyone registered. T-shirts are guaranteed to 5K participants who register by May 1 at runsignup.com.
Additionally, after the 5K, there will be a short Kids Fun Run. The run will be approximately 400 meters in a circle around Leif Erikson Park.
Allergy-conscious food and beverages will be available after the event. Additionally, there will be lawn games, kids activities, allergy-aware business and product information and samples to take home, as well as representation from the Duluth Fire Fighters and emergency medical technicians.
