North Woods, Great Lakes Course Master Naturalist Course

In this North Woods, Great Lakes, students will travel through the transition from the ice and snow of winter into the greening spring and explore geology, plant and animal communities, inland lakes and bogs, ecology and human interactions of the Northwoods, as well as how Lake Superior impacts and interacts with these ecosystems. The course will run from 9 am to 5 pm over 5 Saturdays beginning February 17 and ending May 4, 2024. Field trips will be incorporated into the scheduled class days. The course cost includes course manuals and supplies.
