Mudra Chikista: Therapeutic Application of Mudras in Yoga

This mudra workshop will be held online via Zoom on Sept. 9 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 2:30 to 5:30 p.m., and also on Sept. 10 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Mudra is the yogic art and science of gesturing and sealing “pranic energies” in the human body. It is considered a therapy for the body and mind.
