Moon Landing Party

Jade Fountain hosts a celebration of the moon landing on the actual anniversary date with spacey performances by various entertainers.

The night is the brain child of the headliner, Flip Arkulary, performing a set of space-themed songs in their psche-glam-space rock style.

Mara Lovejoy performs a set of early Bowie covers of the space-ist kind, keeping “Major Tom” floating in space. Larry Wish, the solo act from Minneapolis, performs a spacey homage with his “electrifying” and synth sound. DJ Fraudulent (aka Vinyl Sighting) performs an experimental set incorporating actual moon-landing sound collage, a theremin, rotary phone, etc. Molotov Cocktail shows a curated set of space-themed music videos projected on the screen.

Doors at 7 p.m. with a cocktail hour featuring early electronic spacey drinking music.
Music begins at 8 p.m. Retro-future spacey attire is encouraged by the hosts.
