Interactive Refugee Exhibit

Step into the shoes of a refugee for 50 minutes at the Mount Royal Library and learn about the experiences of people leaving their countries of origin. How does international law define a refugee? What kinds of legal protections do refugees have? Why do refugees leave? What sorts of problems and prospects do refugees face when resettling? This interactive exhibit is presented by UW-Superior’s Dr. Khalil Dokhanchi and is suitable for tweens to seniors. Groups are welcome. Registration is required.
