The Indigenous Writer Series showcases local and regional Indigenous writers. Events include writer presentations, book readings, a Q&A session, book signings and refreshments. The McKnight Foundation and UMD Department of American Indian Studies sponsor the series.
On May 18 novelist, Linda LeGarde Grover, and Dakota educator and writer, Gwen Westerman, will showcase their work.
