Veterans Memorial Hall, a program of the St. Louis County Historical Society, presents its next event in the History in a Pint series. “USS Indianapolis – Delivery of the Bomb” features family members of local veterans telling the historic and tragic story of the USS Indianapolis.

Local Veterans John Anunti, Melvin Larsen and William Dezelske — all crewmembers of the Indianapolis’ last fateful mission — will have their stories told by their family members Kathy Cortes, Heidi Lyle and George Rolfe; respectively.

Admission is free; there is a cash bar. Parking is available behind the Duluth Depot complex. Follow signage for the North Shore Scenic Railway parking, accessible from Fourth Avenue West.
