Duluth Dylan Fest 2023: Cowboy Angel Blue and Gartman Plays Dylan & the Dead

Duluth Dylan Fest Official Bob Dylan Birthday Bash takes place at the Earth Rider Brewery Festival Field to celebrate Bob Dylan’s 82nd birthday with two of the area’s best Bob Dylan tribute acts.
Cowboy Angel Blue plays from 5:00-7:00 p.m. This amplified-acoustic Bob Dylan cover band has over 10 years of experience and features Twin Ports area musicians Bill Maxwell and James Paavala.
Gartman Plays Dylan & the Dead takes the stage from 7:30-9:30 p.m. The self proclaimed Dylan-fan and ‘Dead Head’ Marc Gartman explores a plethora of classic and obscure Bob Dylan and Grateful Dead songs that are sure to satisfy the most discriminating fans.
