The annual Duluth Dylan Fest Singer-Songwriter Contest features 15 musicians, each singing one Bob Dylan song and one original song. Only the original composition will be judged. Each contestant has approximately 6-8 minutes to perform both songs. Admission is free but reserved tickets are available online at eventbrite.com. The North 103.3 FM's Highway 61 Revisited is a one-hour radio program dedicated to Bob Dylan’s music, airing weekly on Saturdays and Mondays at 5 p.m. Host Miriam Hanson presents Dylan’s music, including live and studio performances as well as different versions of his songs performed by other artists. The program was launched by John Bushey, who hosted it for 25 years. He died in February 2018 after a long battle with Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.

Dan Isreal, Terry Walsh and Steve Brantseg lead a five-piece Minneapolis-based super group performing a broad representation of Bob Dylan’s rock and roll side, leaning heavily on his 1960s golden era with material from Highway 61 Revisited, Blonde on Blonde and Bringing it All Back Home. The group will also include some choice cuts from Dylan’s ’70s, ’80s, ’90s and beyond output. Expect a “greatest hits” set list along with a few “deep cuts” that will satisfy the hardcore fans…
