The 15th annual Duluth All Souls Night is Duluth’s only public acknowledgement of grief. The multicultural arts festival observes the change of season with displays, ceremony, spectacle, poetry, fire spinning and live music.

Indoor Gathering Ceremony with Sara Sha bagpipes, Jillian Forte leader
7:30 p.m. – Duluth Public Library Pavilion
Fire Ceremony to Burn Rotten Ideas with Spin Collective
8 p.m. – Lake Superior Railroad Museum
Live music by the Boys Back Home brass band, Sugar or the Roof string band, and the art-pop outfit Sadkin
The Oasis del Norte food truck will be available from about 7:30 to 10 p.m.
