Ecstatic dance is free-form movement inspired by music. The Ecstatic Dance Duluth group holds dances on the second Friday and last Sunday of each month. The focus is on exercise without a nightclub vibe. AICHO's 2024-25 Waaseyaa Cultural Teaching Series will host Joe Nayquonabe Sr. (Waabishkibines) who will lead a cultural discussion on Big Drum Teachings. The session will start with sharing a meal. The Psychic Paranormal Wellness Fair is a day of healing, readings, merchandise and community. There will be tarot/oracle card readers, mediums, psychics, Reiki energy healers, shamans and reflexology. Vendors selling crystals, stones, candles, jewelry, incense and other merchandise will also be present. The first 30 attendants will receive free goody bags.
