The DECC Hall of Fame Dinner and Program is held at the Duluth Entertainment Convention Center’s Harbor Side Ballroom. The five inductees are Norm DeBriyn, Pat Francisco, Kara Goucher, Scott Keenan and Karen Stromme.
Criteria for selection includes having a connection with northeastern Minnesota, northwestern Wisconsin, or the Michigan Upper Peninsula and having gained local, national or international prominence through participation or affiliation in sports.
