Bluesman Charlie Parr is touring his 14th studio album, Last of the Better Days Ahead. He takes the stage in Duluth before heading to Europe. Minneapolis singer/songwriter Humbird will open the show.

All concert-goers must wear a mask, provide proof of vaccination or a recent negative COVID-19 test at the door prior to each show. Phone photos of vaccination cards will be accepted. Further precautions may be taken pending state and county health guidelines.
