Fall Launch Party and Talent Showcase
Life House and Music Resource Center creatives perform a variety of acts to kick off the school year at the Fall Launch Party and Talent Showcase. The MRC is an inclusive program where students in grades 6-12 explore the craft of music through instruction and hands-on experience in music performance, recording and the music business. They have instruments, instructors/coaches, recording equipment, and practice rooms. All skill levels, experience and interests are welcomed.

More than two dozen Twin Ports musicians will pay tribute to the Motown record label, performing some of the biggest hits of the 20th Century. Organist, improviser and composer Aaron David Miller is accompanying the silent film, The Phantom of the Opera. Mason Jennings
Minneapolis-based singer-songwriter Mason Jennings returns to the Sacred Heart Music Center altar stage to perform work from his most recent release, Underneath the Roses, along with a selection of old favorites. Featuring the songs, "Only Lovers Welcome" and "No Ordinary Friend," the album Underneath the Roses was written in a burst of creativity following the birth of Jennings' son. Jennings will perform solo both on guitar and the beautiful Sacred Heart grand piano. Twin Ports duo Between Howls will open.…
