Cause for the Paws 5K Walk/Run 2022

The Humane Society of Douglas County’s 24th annual fundraiser for its shelter begins at the entry to Barker’s Island next to Highway 2 and marches down the Osaugie Trail. Cause for the Paws is a 5K walk/run that dogs are welcome to be part of. Up to two dogs per person are permitted. Participants must have a current rabies certificate for each dog at the event.
Registration begins at 8 a.m.; the race starts at 9. Anyone and everyone is welcome, with or without dogs.
