Chum Second Saturday Volunteer Opportunity
Chum Duluth holds volunteering opportunities on the second Saturday of each month. This month the group will discuss the importance of affordable housing and how to share values and priorities with legislators, county commissioners and city officials through email, phone calls, letters or other methods. Matinee Musicale: Gohar Vardanyan
Admired for her technique, artistry and passionate performances, Armenian-American guitarist Gohar Vardanyan has performed throughout the United States and internationally. Tickets are $28 for adults, $23 for senior citizens and free to all students. Tickets will be sold at door starting at 2:30 p.m. After the show there will be a free reception where attendees can meet Vardanyan.

MLK Community Worship Service
This service will be a modern-day expression of the Black Church tradition that nurtured the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. The featured preacher is Rev. Dr. Jia Starr Brown. The Central Hillside Gospel Choir will also perform.
