National Diabetes Prevention Program’s PreventT2
This free program can help you make modest lifestyle changes and cut your risk of type 2 diabetes by more than half. There are 26 sessions over the course of one year. Healthy Kids Day 2023
Duluth Area Family YMCA is hosting Healthy Kids Day at the Downtown Duluth YMCA from 9:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m. and at the YMCA at the Essentia Wellness Center from 2:00 p.m.-4:00 p.m. Non-members of the Y ages 16+ need to bring an ID.
