Rock and country group The Mavericks are releasing a new album that “ushers in the fourth phase of their evolution,” entitled “En Español.” This album flips the band’s usual fusion formula, which adds an assortment of genres, including salsa, ska, norteño, mariachi, and more. Now, “the foundation is solidly Latin with streaks of rock and twangy guitars running through it, all branded with the unmistakable Mavericks style.”
